Local car Rides:
Users may cancel their car ride reservation without penalty if they notify us of their cancellation at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the estimated fare for the ride.
Scheduled Rides and Airport Transfers:
Users may cancel their scheduled ride or airport transfer booking without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated fare for the ride.
Premium and Luxury Services:
Cancellation policies for premium and luxury services may vary based on the specific service provider and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Users are advised to review the cancellation policy provided by the service provider before confirming their booking.
Special Events and Peak Hours:
During special events or peak hours, such as holidays or high-demand periods, different cancellation policies may apply.
Users will be notified of any applicable cancellation fees or restrictions before confirming their booking.
Refund Processing:
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation fees are applied to cover the administrative and operational costs associated with processing cancellations and managing scheduling changes.
Changes or cancellations made at short notice may result in lost revenue and additional expenses for car drivers and service providers.
